Return Policy Guidelines

1. Return Period: You may return your NEWLAM Kalimba within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. If your NEWLAM Kalimba arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

3. Return Shipping: We are responsible for the cost of return shipping due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned Kalimba and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges: You are entitled to a 180 day replacement based on your kalimba not working or being damaged.
